Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and BRIKS Technology Inc. (“BRIKS”, “we”, “us”) for using briks.ai and the BRIKS apps (“BRIKS”). By creating an account or using BRIKS, you agree to them. If you use BRIKS for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you can.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at hello@briks.ai if you think someone else has access.
What BRIKS does
BRIKS checks what AI assistants say about your business, answers your customers on your website, sorts your inbox, and turns your conversations into insights. We keep improving it, so features may change. If we remove something important you rely on, we’ll tell you in advance.
Your data
- It stays yours. You own the content you add and the data you connect, including your customers’ messages and orders.
- Our permission to use it. You let us process it only to provide BRIKS to you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Your responsibilities. You confirm you have the right to connect the data you connect. If you put the website assistant on your website, you tell your visitors, in your own privacy notice, that their messages are processed to answer them.
AI answers
AI can be wrong. In particular:
- Your website assistant answers from your pages, policies and products, but it can still make mistakes. Keep that content accurate.
- Suggested replies are drafts. Review them before you send them.
- AI visibility results are a snapshot. AI assistants change their answers over time, and we can’t guarantee any assistant will recommend your business.
Fair use
Don’t use BRIKS to:
- break the law, or anyone else’s rights;
- send spam, or mislead or harass people;
- check websites you have no legitimate interest in, or overload them;
- get around BRIKS’s limits or security, or copy or resell it.
We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Other services
When you connect Google, Shopify or another service, their terms also apply to your use of them. We aren’t responsible for those services, and they may change what they let BRIKS do.
Price
BRIKS is free to start. If we offer paid plans, we’ll show you the price before you’re charged, and you can choose whether to upgrade.
Ending
You can stop using BRIKS at any time, and ask us to delete your account at hello@briks.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Disclaimers
BRIKS is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no warranties, including that BRIKS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
As far as the law allows, BRIKS isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
You’ll cover BRIKS for claims that arise from your content, or from your breaking these terms or the law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and email you about any significant change before it takes effect. Using BRIKS after that means you accept the new terms.
